If it is below the head of the penis then that could be really bad and could be cancer but 98% of the time it isn't and should get checked out
i have the same thing except it doesn't change size and when i first got it (after the first month of masturbating like you) i decided not to masturbate for a week and it still didn't go away, i don't get quick sharp pains like you do. i have been to my doctor about it and they said to report if its gotten bigger (witch it hasn't) i don't know what to do and if i get older i hope my girlfriend wont be freaked of it when we have sex so i'm worried because it does look weird and abnormal. if anyone on here is a girl please tell me if you would be scared or freaked out if you had a boyfriend with the same problem

Those are penile papules bro, the white pimple looking things on your penis head. That can be treated with a laser by a dermatologist. Tell your parents, that's what I did when I was younger. They were burned off with a laser

The same thing has just happened to me. The lump has started to slightly itch and I'm growing concerned. I checked on WebMD tonight and all it said was that I needed immediate medical attention. I would suggest you contact a physician ASAP.

Hi COB2403, I know its hard to believe it because you are freaked out right now but it does away on its own, its not bad, just trapped liquid that will get reabsorbed in a while. Just try not to look at it, take some Ibuprofen and forget about it. Next week or two it will be gone. Patience.
I have a similar problem. I can only feel the bumps when im erect. I have one on the left side of my penis right under the head. The other lump is on the bottom of my penis right before my testicles. It seems to bother me after ejaculation, but I don't notice any color changes. They are real small they sometimes are hard to find. I have been to my dr. A couple of times for this and he gave me cipro and took a urine test. He said my urine looks good, but after all my cipro I still have the bumps and it has some discomfort after ejaculation. If you know what I have or what else I should do let me know asap. I get worried and start thinking I got penile cancer. Thanks
