It's nothing amazingly important... I've been getting stretch marks for about 5-6 months now from lifting weights. They are on the underside on my triceps on both arms.
I was starting to get worried because the skin really feels weak and thin compared to other areas on my arms. Also, when I am lifting weights I can feel high amounts of pressure right where the marks are, nearing the point where is feels like it's about to split open.

I was wondering if there is anything I can do to strengthen the skin.

Also, is it advisable to stop weight lifting for the time being? or maybe altogether? I don't want to cause any lasting damage, however I don't want to give up lifting weights either.
