I think it will make you pretty groggy. So take it at bedtime. Be careful how long you use something like Librium. I'm terrified of becoming addicted to anything else so I've stuck with natural remedies. Livingit has great suggestions. You should read his posts.

Update: it is day 39 off of subs!!! I still feel extremely lethargic and tired. Wish this would end. It's really frustrating. Restarting the suboxone has crossed my mind more than once. But I don't want to go down that path EVER again. So I'm going to continue to stay off of it. It's got to eventually get better. And I didn't get to 39 days for nothing.

Mountain climber-I'm impressed if your wd's are this mild. Actually jealous. Just be prepared if they intensify. Your metabolism might be so different from all others. Keep us posted.

SAM: - Mountain climber, you really are lucky not having withdrawals at this point, maybe your body has ajusted quickly, take advantage of that, exercice, eat healthy and try vitamines. For Librium, try to take it occasionally, never 7 days in a row, all benzo are addictive and you don't wanna fall in the trap again.
- For you Alikat, i hope it will get better, don't even consider going back to Sub, you'll return to square one, it's almost suicidal, i can't even imagine going through that hell again and you don't want it either. If you are interested in herbal remedies, i suggest (Ginseng and Rhodiola), i think they helped me with energy and mood. I also take an SSRI (Zoloft). Good luck.

Mountain climber-its's Day 40 for me. Feeling better today, with more energy. I was on the subs for a LONG time so I'm not surprised that my body and mind are having trouble adjusting to life off of suboxone. I've made it this far. There's no going back. Happy to hear your wd's are mild now. You are one lucky man. Support is essential. From any place you can get it. Continued good luck.

SAM - UPDATE : It's day 27 off Sub, the good news today is that i'm cured from Malaria, but i'm feeling tired, head pressure and some cramps, it might be from the anti-malaria medication as they are strong, so i hope i'm over the withdrawals, but the next few days are gonna tell me. Hope good luck to you guys.

UPDATE: it's day 28, i feel awful today, (lethargy, general malaise, nausea), i really thought that was all over, but maybe i'm wrong. I spent the day laying on the sofa watching "Desperate housewives", i feel miserable. ):

SAM-I know exactly how you feel. Day 41 for me and I still lack motivation. I think it gets a little better every day, but I'm definitely not where I want to be. I HATE suboxone. Take good care of yourself. I don't know much about Malaria. Don't ever see it in California. But I'm sure that's playing a part in your recovery. Hang in there. It does get better!
