I am so constipated, nothing is working. Have taken Lactulose 30ml for 3 days and still nothing. Will a Fleet Enema help. I am bloated and uncomfortable. Have not had a motion for 3 weeks despite taking the Lactulose and caster oil twice this week. Help please
