hello
ok i am 34 yr old lady and for the last 2 years i have had this very dibilitating espisodes.. it statrs with a burps that smells and taste like eggs.. my stomach is bloated and gurgling.. i then burps for a few hours and vomit but thats from the smell and taste ,, a few hours later i have diareahh that lasts for abour 6 hours .. this condition is really ruining my life. i kmow once i have the burp i will be in pain for 12 hours or so : ( i had a endescopy and they diagonsed dueodinitis,,, but the gastro person said that dueodenitis doesnt cause them burps or diareah and just shrugged them sysmptons off ! he told me to take lanzoprozole every day but they still happen even taking these tablets.
what is causing the burps? is it undigested food rotting away? does that mean i need a protein supplement to help digest protein? i thouht the cupril was protein so i cut if out but then the other day i had another episidoe without eatingprotein.. is is excess acid? im so depressed i dont know where to turn : (
