Surface tingling in back of head top right

I get that same tingling sensation! it's on the left side of my brain most of the time and it's been going on for a few years now.  It only happens when i hear a song i like, or hear something interesting....idk what it is though.  

Im also experiencing the same problem, at first i was thinking maybe something is on my head and when i looked at it there was nothing, for five days now especially in the evening iam experiencing some tingling on the surface of my left top head. I hate it because sometimes it is accompanied by severe headache...it worries me so much, if anyone has an idea what this is all about i will be happy to hear from you. Others told me it is because iam stressed is it true?

Yeah it sounds like it might be because of over computer use.  I since i was ten (20 now) i've been on a computer obsesivelly gaming. I jsut started programming and i think this might be the reason i get it. I'm gonna start stretching and tell you what happens. If it means anything i get it when i sit down and especially if i place my elbows on teh table or chair i'm on.  And since I've spent alot of time sitting down i have really bad sitting habits and posture.  Good standing posture, but when i sit somwehere for more than 20 minutes now i start to do what computer habituated people do. 

I have a similar thing happen to me whenever someone is explaining something in a high amount of detail or when I am reading a certain few paragraphs of a certain book that is explaining a process the character is doing. This feeling is at the back of my head and is a weird tingling sensation that is nice, doesn't hurt but its weird. The feeling is like the back of my head is numb and relaxed to the max. Why is this feeling generated is what i want to know. I am 18 and it's really confusing me

I know this post is over a year ago but I pray that you will be led to respond. I am in full agreement of your statement. I am very aware of the shift to higher consciousness as I have been raised around people with many spiritual gifts (channeling, remote viewing, ect.) this information has been validated time after time.Please respond back so that may be connected with another more evolved and open minded indiviual like youself.

I hope you're right.  I have a tingling and tightness sensation on the top right side of my head, and it comes and goes periodically.  It's been happening over the past 2 or 3 months now.  It may happen several times a day, or it might not happen for days at a time.  It's very random.  And there is no pain involved with it...just a numbing sensation.  I'm also of the opinion that there is a spiritual/mind awakening in this world, and that humans may show physical symptoms of this transformation.  I don't know if that is what's happening to me and others who have this sensation, but I'm definitely open to the possibility.

Today is my birthday! I am a 28 years old male working in IT. 2 days ago some sort of tingling feeling started on top of my head just like explained in many messages. I have no headache or pain but mine feels slightly itchy and when it ends leaves a feeling of burning but not so uncomfortable just as if that part is heated up. Feels like my hair moving by it self although there is no wind and as if something gentle and vibrating is walking on that area. It seems to happen mainly 2 pm till 5 pm and just a little right before i sleep like 11.30 PM. other times i don't even remember i had it. I have a little hair loss but not especially so much of it. I thought about every possibility but i have no idea so i think we should keep this topic alive.

Just wanted to add me to the list of affected. Tingling on the top right side of the back of my head. Feels like the skin does on a body part that's fallen asleep. Also sit by the computer a lot, but I exercise with jujitsu regularly. I also sometimes hear a high pitched " BEEEEEEEEEEE" in my ear. I also have trouble with a lazy right eye that often feels pressured and hurt. My only other physical weirdness is that I'm lactating though I'm not, nor have ever been, pregnant. I'm 25. 
I don't like going to doctors with these things cus I just feel like they're gonna think I'm a hypochondriac . So please tell if you find out something.

If you are lactating you MUST go to the Doctor! Please let them know all the things especially your eyes and ears. You might have a high prolactin hormone due to a problem on your hypothalamus. I know it cos my sister had exact same problem. PLEASE dont wait and go to the doctor NOW! Hypothalamus is so close to eye nervs and you should not wait! I beg you go to the doctor. It can be something small why wait till it goes up! Tell doctors things I mentioned as well pls! It will make process faster.... I wish you luck! I hope you get better soon!

I did go have a blood test and everything came back normal. And it doesn't seem to be breast cancer either. My body just seem to be milking for the hell of it. Had an awful Chinese GP, could barely understand what he was saying and he wasn´t very helpful. 

Phew.. I am glad your tests came back normal. My concern was a hypothalamus tumor. My sister had one of those that was pressuring on her left eye nerves and the part on the hypothalamus where prolactin hormone was controlled. Gives head aches as well. Which caused her to lactate and have problems with her cycles. She is nearly completely fine now. But these things should not wait. I am glad you went to doctor right away and I am more glad no big problemz. keep watching your prolactin and go to Endocrinologist (hormone specialist) if it persist. Some people naturally have high prolactin so don't worry anymore but make sure.



Btw my head tingling has stopped. All I did was wash with tea tree oil shampoo and use peppermint hair conditioner. Try it maybe yours is a scalp problem like mine.

I have goosebumps almost like a shiver that last for 2 or 3 seconds on my head, sometimes arm or leg. I get a tingle the left side of face near to my ear.I suspect it is related to loss of food taste that i have had for over year now. I have had mri scan -no problem showed on scan.

It sounds like some of you may be experiencing Tension Headaches, very normal thing that most people have at one time in there life, there is treatment for them but remember that an Internet diagnosis is no replacement for a Doctors diagnosis, in fact Internet diagnosis can quite often make things worse (anxiety, psychosomatic symptoms ect....) Please get a qualified opinion, thats what there there for. Good luck

Guys - I think this problem is linked to compressed nerves in the neck - wrong posture and occupational overuse of PC could be one of the problems.
From past one month, on random occasions I've been getting tingling on the right top side of my head as well - it's like a pulse radiating out. It comes and goes at will, does not hurt a lot but sometimes there is a mild headache.
I think my situtaion is due to the my overuse of PC sitting in a wrong posture. I have a diagnosed problem of a degenerative narrowing of C5/6 & C6/7, which has caused pinched nerves at the base of neck - this has caused all sorts of problems for me including shoulder, neck and arm pains and tingling in the palms. Neurosurgeon recommended an operation to fix the narrowing but I'm undergoing physio at the moment.

I'm 13 and Ive been feeling it...I'm scared too...mine is about a quarter of my head.the back right...
