Ah , I don't think you or anyone else posting on site really understand what level the smell is ? ,,,I think their saying that this is not normal sweaty balls smell this is ten times stronger than that ! the smell is way over the acceptable level is is affecting their routines.

I'm no doctor or expert but I would suggest getting checked at a doctor for fungal overgrowth within your body... barring that, get checked for heavy metal toxicity. Not too sure about the latter.
I would have to wonder if you are taking some medication that may cause this. Other than that, I would guess it could be caused by your diet. And not drinking enough water could very well be a contributing factor.

I do believe I have stumbled onto a cause of this phenom as well as the preventive cure for certain sweaty ball case scenarios.
I had this happen a couple months ago and now just yesterday and I was baffled. My ball were drenched in sweat and I literally had to dry them with a paper town to soak up the sweat. Now I know what happened. The day before this sweaty ball thing came along I was working at home with my computer for three of four days straight without showering. To get by, I had some spray mist solution I used for cleaning and sprayed some into a paper towel and did a quick wipe to my face, pits, shoulders, thoughts , arms.....everywhere, including my nuts. I never put anymore thought to it until today when I could not figure why my sack was drenched in sweat, and at the same time shriveled up like costanza in the pool. And at the same time soaked in sweat. My nuts and sack weren't hate, my sack was sweTing to rid itself of the cleaning solution I used to wipe them Down the day before. Sacks evolved to keep your balls a specific temperature. To keep it at that temperature depending on the climate around them they do two things. Shrivel up so tight your balls end up tight against body and when your nuts are too warm, your sack turns into ginormous floopy bag you can practically swing around in your hand. Looking back now I dont ECER think my sack 'sweated' to achieve the desired testicle temp....it just loosened right up till my balls dangled down by my knees and my sack was dry as a bone. So MY findings are as follows. Some sacks out there that are sweating aren't really sweating to control the temp of their nuts. your sack is sweating to rid itself of whatever it's being bothered by ehich in my case was a rubbing alcohol mix and some other contaminant my sack didn't like.
I'm in no way a doctor, and am only offering up what I found out by accident and the first time this happened was a couple months before hand when I cleaned the same way with the same spray mist cleaner. I now know why MY balls sweat and it wasn't because thet were hot. They sweat because the didn't like what was bothering them. Similiar to sprinkling table salt on a slug.
Mayve your sack is trying to rid itself of detergent residue in you briefs that it doesn't like etc. try going without underwear at all and see what happens but if I was you, I wouldn't try to clean them by soaking in a bubble bath, scrubbing with fast orange hand cleaner and a brush that's for sure.
Your sack is trying to tell you something and it's not that Its too hot, Its trying to tell you that it is bothered.
Listen to your sack and find out what's bothering it and don't confuse it with your balls trying to tell you something.
