i had a back pain onec (sculiose).the first thing that my doctor said is to exercice swiming after 4 years of swiming am feeling better now back pain and am enjoying the sport

iam also thin. i prefer running than swimming because it increase my stamina and physical fitness.

I think swimming, it's low impact and is great for the joints and lungs.
I think it's probably the best excersize there is.
