Perhaps not an STD, but I didn't know where else to write about it.

I masturbated somewhat rough last night and afterwards I had a small burning sensation in the foreskin followed by itching, and when I woke up today, my penis was bloated, and still is. There's no itching, no disscoloration, no pain, just a spongy swelling around the penis, and the foreskin. Any ideas what this can be? Allergic reaction to something, an infection or just a natural responce to the roughness? I'm kind of afraid it might be serious since my health overall isn't that good
