swollen lower abdominal and pain up to belly button and both sides of abdominal.

about a year ago and about 6 months ago i was hospitalize for extreme pain the the lower left side of my stomach, and nauseousness. They did a series of test both times and couldn't figure out what was wrong except that i had a urinary track infection and a extremely high white blood cell count which is a sign of an infection but the doctors said that the UTI couldn't cause my white blood cell count to be that high. so they kept me 2 nights both times. the last time i was told that my glaw blatter was only working 16% so i ended up having surgery but while i was in surgery they had to take out my appendicitis and detach my small bowel from my abdominal wall too. so i had three surgery's in one. only its been 3 and 1/2 months now and im still swelling and still have the pain but not so much the nauseousness. so explain that please.
