hello
i am a very active 25 year old man.. 3 months ago i started feeling back pain, i thought it may have been a muscular injury
then i started having leg and abdomen pain on my right side only
i went and got scans and it turns out that multiple benign lymph nodes on my right side are enlarged,i also had burning sensation when i pee
the doctor thought it may have been an STD, that was ruled out threw tests i was given 2 weeks worth of DOXYCYCLINE after a week it is clear to me that they are not really helping with my lymph nodes..i cannot do any physical activity like running or anything like that
i also got other tests to rule out cancer and i recently got some for my kidneys (results pending)
any input on what i may have would help iv wasted a great deal of time with this, and i would imagine that the infection needs to be identified and certain antibiotics prescribed...any helpful info would be appreciated

Hi, my BF has the same symptoms and problems. I was wondering if you ever found the cause or a cure? We are desperate!
yes, well first off it was not my lymph nodes at all..i went to a clinic and the doctor had no clue
turned out it was a soas muscle injury that may have been the result of back pains i had this for 2 years until i was told to take physio instead
4 months of pyhsio and the soas muscle pain left and then massage therapy helped my back
