I had a ATV wreck and tore my knee open and tore the tendon. I also broke left arm and collar bone. This was all on my left side. The second week while in the hospital I had what could be referred to as a goose egg on my thigh at the bikni line. After an ultra sound and 2 or 3 doctors evaluating their conclusion was a contusion. Two of the doctors said lymph node. I went to a general surgeon who said he could cut it open to reduce it...I decided to wait it out. It is now down in size although you can still feel it there...

So maybe it is a lymph node due to an infection! Just watch it close.

It may sound odd but inner thigh issues can be hip too. Possible liberal tears. Just a thought

I know this is an oldforum but I have SLE...stisemic erithromitosis lupus (affects any organ or part of the body at anytime ). My mother has discord lupus (skin only). I have had similar symptoms during some lupus flares. It took forever for me to get correctly diagnosed. There were some mild symptoms early on like severe fatigue and achy sometimes very painful joints. At the time I was 26 and thought I just needed to slow down. I worked in nursing in a GI procedure room and had a second job. Luckily, when my symptoms got severe the amazing docs I worked with got me in with the right docs ( I originally went to urgent care who told me it was strep but theg didnt even test me because i had strep the month before...the PA there made me feel likely i was crazy. It got wiorse as the antibotics the PA gave me did not work for the severe swelling red and some bruising in the left side of my face. It got worse and worse. People thought I had been in a terrible car accident or beat...it was not only painful but embarrassing. My docs i worked with sent me to ENT (IT WAS ONLY MY FACE AND NECK AT THAT TIME) he was baffled but he ran so many test and seemed like he actually wanted to help me figure out this mystery illness. Within a day or two of seeing him it started happening on my left arm, knee, lower leg and foot. They put me in the hospital and I stayed soo long. They had me on massive amounts of very strong antibiotics and switched to stronger with no response. I felt terrible and scared. They wanted to biopsy some of the areas to check for Lupus or lymphoma. That's when I finally got my answer. Once they started treating me for lupus which was steroids while in hospital and and oral lupus med I got better. I remained better and even went through remission while I was pregnant! I Felt so healthy...so much energy and no pain! It got worse again when my son was 5 months old (hormones play a big role in lupus) with seizures and kidney issues. It is a constant battle because sometimes you feel good and sometimes it's an okay day and others I'm in the hospital for a week or so. THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVICE I wish someone would have told me is: YOU know your body better than anyone!..Try not to stress, I know it's easier said than done but it makes so many diseases much worse...and find doctors who you trust and who work to find answers and try to get you healthy. Lastly, no matter what is wrong it is your health and you have the right to worry when you feel something is wrong . I would always tell myself don't think negative it could be worse...and it's very true also but I spent way too long feeling guilty for being sick or having to be in hospital. The guilt of not being able to do as much is as I use to troubled me terribly. I hope my rambling will help someone:) Good luck to all!

I have almost the same issue in my right leg however its about six inches above my knee on the inside of my leg. I feel a lump and I thought it was a blood clot. I had a sonogram and it showed no clot but what looked like a fatty lipoma about 10 mm. Went to the surgeon to have it removed because I feel like my leg is always tight and pulling. Sometimes my foot goes numb. I thought it was maybe pushing on a nerve. Went to surgeon- he said he didn't feel anything but it was strange because definitely feel something and so did my primary doc. He sent me for an MRI of the area. They found nothing and he said he would not open my leg up. Sooo, went to a neurologist, he found nothing and thought to do a nerve conduction test. No thanks! Don't want to have my nerves shocked! Soo, still no answers. Some days are better than others as far as pain goes. I have hit pinpointed why. Maybe diet? Maybe sugar or salt in take? I don't know but I do know it came after a year of a lot of stress. Seems to flare up when I'm really stressed I think. Could mine be a lymph node like yours? Have you gotten any more answers?
