Am trying to find out from someone about eyes which are swollen underneath and red. When I wake up under my eyes are swollen and red, they also feel very dry (almost raw feeling) even when I use creams before going to bed. I have changed my make-up but this doesn't seem to work. I have to use ice to bring the swelling down before I can go to work and I still have a little throughout the day, but most of it goes away. Any answers???Code:
