pain above rt. breast, radiats to upper rt.back, cronic pain 20 mg opana dosnt touch pain. numbness in rt hand and hand will not work . this happens about every 10 min. pain spikes to 25 level. please advise thanks eric

I can't tell you if you are having a stroke from your symptoms. If the pain is a 25, we usually use a 1 - 10 scale, then seek medical attention immediately. Opana is an opiate, it should work.
It does sound as if there may be a blockage, clot, to your right arm. Be very easy when moving this arm as you do not want to dislodge the clot, it could travel to the heart/brain/lungs and cause complications.
Seek medical attention immediately. That is the best advice I can give you.
