Since two days ago my scrotum has been really itchy and it has been getting worse and worse to a point where its almost unbearable. Its started on my scrotum, but has now also reached some parts of the penis. My scrotum is a little bit red and seems to always be contracted. The skin feels thicker and harder.

Have you been using a different soap or shower gel? Perhaps you have had an allergic reaction to something?
No, I've been using the same shower gel for a long time and never had these kind of problem before. But i guess it could be an allergic reaction to something else. If it is an allergic reaction, what can you do about it?
I have the same thing but i'm not allergic to anything to the best of my knowledge.

Sounds like "jock itch" and suggest getting an OTC spray available most any drug store
