I've been expiriencing pain of both my testicles. It's been going on for 3 days now and I'm worried that it's testicular torsion( when your testicles rotate and blood flow is cut off) . Testicular torsion is serious and your testicles can be removed if not gone to a doctor on time. My testicles don't hurt. I think it's the rope that holds my testicles. I have no lumps, no nothing. Just pain when I move or get up. 15 year old, 140 lbs, and 5'3
See a dr right quick, ball cords twisted up in testicular torsion can kill your balls dead in as little as 6 hours if the lack of blood flow is severe enough, damage yer nuts in less time, or take days to castrate you. It all depends on how tight and torqued or how loose the ball cords get twisted up and how much blood circulation is getting to yer balls

It would be a good idea to tell your parents and get them to make an appointment to see your doctor just to make sure everything is ok.
You could try a warm bath or put ice on them if they are hurting a lot wearing underwear that provides support or jockstrap may also help.
See your doctor also.

Yea my left testicle is really big! It hangs down as well! If you feel the "ball" in each testicle the right one is very small compared to the left one. The left one takes up the whole area

hey im 13 and my left ball and just above it has bean starting to get really touchy also my left ball has gotten lower than my right but i have no hair anywhere down there and my penis hasent got alot bigger this only started about a week ago is that all normal and come with puberty because i dont really know
Just go to the doctor and get it checked out there's no shame in that.
