It is quite possible that you have developed a hydrocele, which is fluid accumulation inside the scrotum around the testicles. The fact that it is growing and getting larger means that you need to have it checked by an urologist. First of all to confirm what it is and then decide upon the treatment.

Once I read somewhere that enlarger testicles are far more dangerous than those that shrink.
Your spermatic cord may be getting thicker because the hydrocele grows along the spermatic cord.
Do you have a lump in your groins? Hydrocele can sometimes follow inguinal hernia and in older men, it may be associated with trauma to the testicle, inflammation of the epididymis (a tube on the testicle) and blood blockage within the spermatic cord.

Hydroceles are usually left alone if asymptomatic but if they’re causing troubles, they will be probably be drained.
But please, talk to your parents about this as soon as possible, there is nothing to be ashamed of, and have it checked real soon.
