I have had this 'growth' on my testicles for several years, it seems to have got bigger however as i am 16 it may just be the testicles growing or something. It is larger than my testicles and seems to be around my left testicle, yet i can move it around.
Surely if it was cancer I would be dead by now :s

Well i was about to post a similar comment. I have the exact same problem. Ive had a few of the white coloured pimples for about 3-4 years now but one was always slightly larger than the rest.
It never gave me any trouble, no pain my testicles seem to be the same as they were, no swelling etc. I think i remember trying to pick the one which is bigger and imagine it is probably due to this that it has stayed large or ive caused an ingrown hair or something.
The problem is i think it is sore at the min, the 'funny' thing is i cant really tell. My testicles feel sore but when i hold them they arent painful at all. I think the problem is coming from my stomach and ass. Ive been constepated and felt like sh*t lately, largely due to a 4 1/2 day drinking binge.
Anyone think that a sore stomach/feeling bloated and constepated can make the whole midrif area sore?
The mental effects of a binge like this cant have helped things

I have had a kinda lump like thing in my scrotum for about a month and like you i can move it around so it isnt attached to anything. i cant figure if it is testicular cancer or not :S i am hoping its not cause i am only 14 :S so does anyone no what it may be ?
a nurse told me once if its cacerous then it should feel like a pea size/shaped lump so i shouldnt be worried
i have almost the same thing. it feels like it may be attached to my left testicle and its not one it feels like gristles. what is this? im worried it may be testicular cancer but im also going through puberty, so is it just hormonal changes?
