My scrotum size is not perfect it is swollen from my left side and it looks very big as compared to my right side .please help me and suggest something for me .I m 20 year old and afraid to talk to my dad about this please help me,i am very scared.
swollen could mean many different things honestly depending it could be anything from tumers to torsion is it painful or unnoticeable torsion will hurt tumers wont it could also mean that you havent had much sexual release lately there are multiple reasons honestly just have a doctor look at it
