i started to drink when i was nineteen with my boyfriend i still have today. he 25 right now and im 21 years old. when i started drinking i would get headaches and sick the next day. time proceeded and i drank more went to parties drank to much but never throw up.last weekend i blackout. my eyes were roling back of my head and throw up and yelling. boyfriend almost took me to the hospital. i wake up in my boyfriends bed not know when or how i got there. he explianed everything. the next day couldnt keep anything down. scared to eat or drink water. it was my friend 21 yesterday and decided to drink beer. took a pen and marked how much i drank. felt fine untill it came to mix drinks. just the smell made mewant to throw up, took a sip same reaction. i know my body is saying less drinking but why now after three years i back at step one with the feeling of throwing up with my first sip?
Whatever you drink, drink it slowly, give your stomach the time it needs to digest it. Have water in between, as alcohol dehydrates. Next morning drink a lot of water then pee & sh*t as many times it provokes. Do not take a tablets for Headache. You can have a tablet for upset stomach.
That's the dumbest thing to do. Really.
