I have these tiny little reds dots on the inside of my pinky toe, no bigger than a pin prick. They started out as bigger white dots. My pinky toe hurts whenever i move it even the slighest and the dots are always itchy, Does anyone know what the tiny red dots are?
I have something similar on my hands & dr is thinking contact or irritant dermatitis. Not sure if that's really what I or you have but it's a start.
