Hi i am 17 years old and for the past 2 days my left side of the scrotum has been burning. The skin feels soft and dry and really hurts when it rubs against my boxers. I also have noticed small little white pimples on the right side of my scortum. I have never had oral or regular sex. However i do hook up(kiss) with alot of girls i dont exactly know. The burning sensation came to me after i was scrubbing my scrotum in the shower. I'm very nervous about it being a form of an STD even though i've never had oral or regular sex.

These pimples, they're only on the right side of your scrotum? See if they appear on the left side as well. They could be sebaceous cysts and they are common. They are not an STD. It is unlikely you have an STD if you have not had sex.
How hard were you scrubbing? The skin is sensitive and you may have just irritated it. Keep it dry and it should get better shortly.
