Hi, I was just wondering has anyone had any luck with a cure for this? I am having the same symptoms and it is driving me crazy. Please help
i too am having this, I had some pain in the lower back and some in the buttocks, but Dr said not to worry, as that could just be coincidence with something else (lifting). This seems to be fading away.
As the seasons changed in the UK from Summer to Autumn, I noticed the tip of my penis, cold and felt wet? This in turn then wanted me to go to the toilet again soon after going because of this sensation. Always shook well and never had this problem before?Erections seem less, but when I am with my partner, it seems to be fine, and if anything it seems to ease with sexual activity?
Had urine test, came back negative, so GP doesn't want to put me on any antibiotics. Had bloods a couple of months ago, and they were all fine. Had another blood done today for PSA in prostate, and waiting for results.
I mentioned prostate to Dr, and he said it doesn't sound like its linked?
I've tried to have hot baths to warm it up, but no real progress?
Anyone know if this has a name? or what causes it - I haven't had a prostate exam yet, but not sure its linked? Could it be a prostate problem or prostatitis?Slightly afraid of Urology, incase they start poking around and doing weird tests, which I don't think I could stomach, unless I was put under anaesthetic!
Help!

I should also add from above (me again!) that it maybe something to do with nerves in the bottom or similar as previously mentioned?
I get the urge to urinate if I wipe my bottom hard, and also this seems to ease, if I am standing up. It flares up a little more when I am sitting (on a particular nerve?) for periods of time.
I'd just love to get rid of this, as I have no idea where its come from, or how t get rid of it?

I just want to thank you for this exceptional, and update to everyone here. Even if I’m the only one still looking at this thread. I have the symptoms and just googled them and came across this thread.
I believe you are spot on because I’m seeing the symptoms after an all nighter and lots of coffee. I know sleep deprivation disrupts your hormone levels and cortisol levels, the adrenal system makes perfect sense too. Thank you for this answer.

Thanks guys I also have the cold penis tip - go to GP and urologist and bottom line its stress, anxiety, I bike ride daily , drink 2 cups of coffee am fit as a fiddle - so its all stress and butt muscle related. Relax and be well it goes away!
try a zinc supplement
Mine does the same I think it's lack of blood flow cuz when it does happen obviously I have some shrinkage going on but I can still get it up whenever and have sex so I don't know but it trips me out and I wonder if I need to look into blood circulation medicine
Same exact thing. Happened after getting head from a questionable person. Also general discomfort in the penis are, slight itching, no visible bumps or marks. Coldness in tip started today.
Any update on what it could be?

Two months ago I found out I had Clamydia, since then I have Had a Coldness on the head of the penis which hasn’t gone away. Three lots of antibiotics and still no relief from the cold head symptom. I have stopped masturbating for a couple of days to see if the nerves my come back to life? Maybe there is nerve damage if the head gets excessive workouts. Idk. But what I do know is it has only just came about straight after the CLap. Hope this spawns some ideas and possible cure. Did anyone notice when theirs come about whether it was after an STD?
Hello everyone, I recently started having these symptoms as well, about 2 months now
Acute noticable symptoms include:
Desensitized penis
Cold tip and foreskin, also cold scrotum when sitting
Occasional burning when urinating
Recessed or shrunken penis
Itching in groin area
Lower back pain (at first, has diminished)
Some difficulty maintaining erection, penis feels rubbery and soft
Increased veiny appearance
Monogamous for 13 years, I used to have strong erections and my penis used to hang and appear more bulbous, now it is more recessed like it's scared.
Urinalysis shows trace blood, but nothing that concerned the doc
I did start a desk job in July, which had me sitting a lot..I am obese but I am not sedentary, I walk and do squats, lift heavy etc
I have been afraid to workout fearing that I make the condition worse, but I did build a standing desk so I can stand for work. Making changes in my diet and health to see if that will help.. I'm alble to have sex and my wife says she doesn't tell anything is different, but I know something is different. 45 year old male, I figure that it's just growing old,
The ongoing symptoms are the cold tip and scrotum, inability to achieve max erections, with the occasional burning.

For anyone who reads this, I feel it might be a circulation issue.
Maybe the user who suggested it's butt tightness (or maybe there's tightness around there).. could be one of the reasons.
Certain foods do make it worse.. I'm trying to figure out what foods would be best.
Cayenne pepper (spice) with some water, tends to relieve some of these penis tip issues (even less then a pinch of this spice gets the blood flowing).
Prosate & pee dripping might also be causing these issues.
^ ALL of these things combined is probably the culprit. So make sure you deal with any UTI first, then try the pepper tip while eating healthy for a few days (no surgar, except for natural fruit surgar).. and see if you feel a difference.

its called chronic pelvic pain syndrome. its from muscle tension, excessive masturbation, anxiety, bad diet, being sedentary and not excercising. its basically your pelvic floor contracting and pressuring nerves and cutring blood flow and making you pee often. find a pelvic therapist ASAP.
Bro listen to me carefully u don't have any medical issues, u r facing all this issues because of ur pelvic floor. U have tight pelvic floor muscles that's the reason why you are not having good erections and good orgasms and u are also experiencing coldness. Start doing LAJIN it is a chinese stretching this will relax you pelvic floor muscles, this will unblock your blockages and improve the blood flow to the penis. You will have hard erections, high libido and even you will last longer in bed.. Just do it bro and thank me later.. start doing Lajin. If u don't know what LAJIN is.. Then searchin youtube
I have been experiencing the same issues for over a year now. Going to another urologist for a second opinion on the 16th. Yes, most times I smoke weed the pain gets so bad I can't walk or put any pressure at all on my right leg. I'm wondering if maybe it's pudendal neuropathy?? Going to have that discussion with my doctor on Monday. Going to ask for a digital rectal exam, she isn't going to be happy about that but hey, it's not like I want something up the butt, I just want to check see if it is pudendal neuropathy. Doc on Monday, urologist a week later and neurology on Valentine's day. If I find anything out I'll be sure to let all in the thread know
You're the first person to describe my condition in such accurate detail. I think I'll have to find a doctor or urologist before I resign myself to wearing depends at age 26, though; I'd rather jump in traffic.
