Aight, maybee im no pro, but i do train with a lot of people who is new with running. Most people when they start off, go way to fast and die 3 min later, go slow, and if u can go run in trails, keeps u mind off u getting tired. If you can, try to eat 1 hour before u go running.
When u go running, jog extremely slow for about 15 min for ur warmup, do about 5-15 min of stretch, jog slightly faster for about another 10-15(not too fast) then just run back home slowly and stretch back home.
Another advice is not to run on a road with a lot of traffic, it makes ur mind think that ur slow and ull go faster and soon run out of energy.
Hopefully this helps u a bit
