My doctor has recommend I have a tonsillectomy to stop my awful snoring. I cannot sleep in a room with anyone it is so bad. I am getting married in April and I hate the thought of us sleeping in separate bedrooms. I am 50 years old and I have heard horror stories. My doctor said I could have it done on a Thursday and be back to work on Monday if I felt well enough. Has anyone had a tonsillectomy at 50 and to cure snoring and did it work?
