Too much heat and pregnancy-I wonder if this kind of a situation could possibly cause me some risk re risk regarding my pregnancy? I am now 4 months pregnant and I have already started to think of how I should be behaving during the summer and all that heat for by that time I would already be 6 or 7 month pregnant. I am asking this for I know how badly I react on heat and now this thing with pregnancy I simply don’t know how I would deal with that. I would appreciate any advice on what to do in too much heat and pregnancy situation? Thanks!
Well I could tell you what I was doing while too much heat and pregnancy situation for I was pregnant at about the same period 0during the summer I was in my 7 and 8 months of pregnancy so I know that most important here is to take lot of fluids-preferably water or juice try to have at least 8 glasses per day. And quit the coffee, alcohol and soda drinks. I avoided eating potato chips and all that fast and junky food for this kind of a food is usually over saluted and this may make you feel even more uncomfortable during the heat and also such food might cause your feet swelling. I used to have few showers a day just to keep myself cool. I wasn’t cooking after 11a.m. and I was avoiding going out at the highest heat meaning I was always in the house between 11.a.m. and 17p.m. so all I had to do I was doing it early in the morning or early in the evening. And while in house during the day it is always better to have your curtains drawn and windows closed, I used to open them at night. And have a frequent rest and keep your feet up just to prevent possible swelling which is common I pregnancy especially in the situation of too much heat.
