Hi, I am 23 years old and I am having an acne problem. It is not rosacea, nothing that serious, but the acnes appear from time to time and it is driving me crazy! I have heard that vitamin A should be helpful, and also of some people treating acne scars with salty water injections. Is that possible?
Well, I know that vitamin A is helpful; it reduces the level of sebum production and increases the strength of the protective tissue in the skin. As for the salty water, I did hear of its use, but only in washing your face, not injections. And it has to be sea salt in it, the regular salt will not have any effect.
