im 21 years old,and have been smoking bongs on and of since i was 13-at 18 i went through a tough time and started smoking more-cronicly-at least a gram a day-every day-its my 5th day off it today and i just feel so spaced out,its quite scary-not many withdrawal symptoms-basicly spaced out-and dizzy-is this normal?-
I can’t say it is normal to feel that way. Different people experience different withdrawal symptoms while some don’t have any at all. You have been smoking quite a lot and I congratulate you on your decision to quit.

I reckon that you should just put up with your withdrawal symptoms for a few more days and you should be fine after that. Once the withdrawals are gone, you will be just fine and free.

There is of course always a chance that you will start doing it again but just say no, it is actually not so hard once you made up your mind.

You will see that a world is much better being straight and constantly high. Good luck!
