%-) i had my tubes cut and cauterized. somehow got pregnant ended up with miscarriage. doctor said it would never happen again(prenancy) had dye test done showed no holes or anything, completly sealed.. what are my chances i can get pregnant again?? would really love a baby im remarried and cant afford ivf.
If you have part of an ovary you can still get pregant! It happened to a friend of mine after she had a partial hysterectomy. But I wouldn't bank on getting pregnant without some sort of intervention. Another friend of mine had her tubes done about 15 years ago, she is with a new husband now and looked into have a tubal reversal. I know that chances of success are lower, but there is still a chance. See your gynecologist, and check into options available. Also a lot of insurance companies cover surgeries like this, depends on the company you/husband work for etc. Good luck to you!
