two lumps deep inside scotum

I found a small lump in the upper part of my scrotum about a year ago. I had a ultrasound done, but I do not think they check the area where the lump was as it is far up from my testes where the veins are located. It’s a long story and can not get a strait answer about where they checked. The urologist I went to said it was a cyst and nothing to worry about, but he never looked at the results himself.

Now there are two lumps there and the one I found a year a go is twice the size. They are hard and smooth feeling. Again they are way above my testes where Varicocele would form, below the inguinal canal. It is hard to describe the location because no major organs are there other than veins and the Spermatic cord.

What are the chances of this being cancer or a benign tumor? I'm worried because there are two of them there now. Should I get another ultrasound? Also is it possible to have the ultrasound done by a doctor that can tell me right then what it is? I do not want it done by some trained assistant, then checked by a doctor who I never see and then have the results sent to my doctor. I would like everything done by one doctor so I can explain everything.
