I have been wondering if it is all the c**p they add to our water....like chlorine. It's so bad I can smell it coming right out of the tap. I was wondering if it was burning my skin. Since so many of us have this, does anyone think it might be the water we use to wash our face...so full of irritants and pollutants?
Has anyone ever considered skin cancer? If you are an avid tanner and have been using tanning beds for 11 years, it would be wise to see a dermatologist and get your skin checked. If you consider yourself a bit of a naturalist, then you may want to read up on tanning salons and harmful UV radiation. Good luck!
Hey, I had this for 4 months and I'm coming back to tell you what helped me get rid of it! I used Teramycin every night one all the infected area but make sure your face is clean and be gentle on that area when washing it and then apply the cream on the area and go to sleep and just keep doing that until it's gone, I recommend doing it 2 more weeks after you think it's cured just in case

Had this problem first when I was about 15 and struggled to get rid of it for around a year. People genuinely thought I was turning up to school stoned! The Dr I had gave me hydrocortisone cream which I used every other day to keep it away, which I found out a couple years later that it damages the skin under my eyes?
I'm 23 now and it has started to come back, this morning I woke up with a huge rash under one eye and a smaller one on the other. At the moment I am using a small amount of hydrocortisone cream because I don't know what else to use to get rid of it. I think I will pop down to my gp but until then has anyone have a suggestion?

You should try Elidel cream, I have the same problem and it is working very well for me.
It is a corticosteroid cream. yikes.
I had a dermatitis rash under both my eyes. I tried everything for months with little results. The steroid creams would work until I stopped using them, then the rash would come back. Bentonite clay healed my eyes in 2days!!!!!! I just made a paste any applied it to the rash. No more rashes!!! And it will not weaken or damage the skin either.

I have the same thing kind of a ring around my eye and I've used Vaseline over and over and it won't go away! It's starting to spread to my cheek and it's getting really annoying. Looks like I got punched in the face...how do you use the yogurt do you just run it around your eye for a while and wash it off I'm completely lost here!

did you ever resolve this? i am having the EXACT same issue - these weird little paper like cuts in the little under eye wrinkles - and rash that itches. burns and flakes. it's driving me insane. came out of no where. no change in products or anything.
