I have a question concerning a lump I have recently found in my underarm. It's small(pea size, I'd say), thought It's, from time to time, itchy yet tolerable. Um..... from to time, I have plucked the hair using tweezer. I usually don't notice it but I'm quite curious about it. And after reading some article, I am quite worried too. So, please tell me just what is it?
Oh! right! I'm male and 18 years of age.

Thanks!
An itchy lump in the underarm is usually a result of mechanical irritation or contact dermatitis. Corticosteroid cream may he helpful.

Hi greatheracle, I am wondering about what it could be because you said that you have plucked a hair using a tweezer. Do you mean that you plucked underarm hairs and now you have this lump under your arm, or are you saying that you pluck hairs out of this lump? If you are truly concerned about the lump, it can't hurt for you to visit the doctor about it because it is surely bothering you right now and it can't hurt for you to get some confirmation that it's okay. Does this help?
