Okay here is my sad story.
I don't know why but I always occasionally get bumps down "there" ! Yes I am sexually active but Ive been getting these bumps before I even really knew what sex was. They are puss and blood filled. Ew. And ALWAYS leave scars. Immm sooo embarassed because my vahjayjay looks like a battlefield. Scars everywhere ! Whenver I shave or trim I get even more bumps ! So I tried like half a year without shaving. There were less bumps but it didn't get rid of the problem. Then there came the day when I lost my virginity :-( We used a condom.. for the most part. The day after my vahjayjay was on fire ! Red. Itchy. Burning. Discharge : it wasnt stinky it was like clear and thin. I thought I was going to DIE. And just when I was going to tell my mom it went away. It's been like two months since then and The bumps/ pimples / whatever still come and go but no itching. no discharge. no burning. no redness. nothing.
I have seriously considered the fact that I might have a STD. Genital Herpes maybe ? What do you think ? I mean if I do theres nothing I can do about it. Im sixteen now but I know telling my mom or going to a gyno isnt an option. My mom is the most orthodox christian ever and there is no way I would tell her that I'm not a virgin. Honestly I think I'd rather live with whatever I have for another two years and get treated then.
Oh and my moms a nurse and she is always stocked on anti biotics. She has a shitload of Metronidazole. I could probably take a couple weeks worth without her noticing. Do you think that would help ?
Oh and btw the time I lost my virginity was the only time I've ever had sex. The Burning and stuff has me swearing celebasy [sp] for life !

First, never take medication unless you've been perscribed it. If you do have an infection, and you take antibiotics incorrectly you can make the infection worse. The bumps could be whats called molloscum (check the spelling). Still an STD but nothing lifelong or threatening. The no condom idea is something you should get out of your head. Mens bodies do not always react the same to STDs such as Chlamydia. He won't have any symptoms. And boys do lie. Explain to your mom that going to the gyno is normal routine. Her being a nurse I'm sure she understands that. Your hesitation seems to be caused by guilt and the worry that your mom is going to be angry with you. Just be blunt, 'hey mom, my friend so and so just went to the gyno and she was told you have to go every year after you start your period'. Which more or less is true, and it will remind her that she needs to do the same with you. The only way you'll know what those bumps are is if you go to the gyno.
