Hi, how did it go ?

This sounds a lot like a gall bladder attack. You should definitely talk to your doctor.

I've been having this same issue for over a month and remembered to come back to answer for anyone I could hopefully help. My problem was a feeling of movement under my right rib cage worse in mornings and when im sitting that felt a lot like a fetus moving but further along in pregnancy than what the first flutters would be. And I had 4 pregnancy tests that were all negative plus my tubes had been tied ten years ago. So I was pretty sure that wasn't it. Also there was never any pain just the discomfort of the movement. But here was my diagnosis: gasrinitis and what i was told to do about it is take ranitidine 150 mg twice a day for about a week. This is what some but not all nexium is

Thank you. I am hoping it is only reflux/gas. I've also had my tubes tied, the movement I feel is on my left side under my ribs more in the actual "pocket" of the stomach, but DEFINITELY mimics baby movement, so much so that I put my hand over my stomach and could feel it moving.
I'll try Ranitidine, I have plenty of it from my pregnancies! :)

I had 3 kids. It feels the same as being pregnant. It's all over. It has happened to me off & on for about 10 years now. I have no idea what it is. Would like to know.

Additionally, twitching in the abdominal muscles can be caused my stress. I had been experiencing disturbing movement in my abdomen for about a week along with leg and feet cramps in the night. Then remembered that a common reaction to stress is muscle ticks and cramping...it was just the first time I had experienced these in the interior abdominal muscles. When I finished the major projects I was working on, the ticks went away.
I have now read countless posts from concerned people thinking they have tapeworms, parasites, or even an alien in their intestines. Those thoughts will probably prolong the strange movements. :)

Stress is a likely cause I just found out. Muscle ticks and cramping are commonly known to be caused by stress...even in the abdomen. This is the first time I have experienced these symptoms in my interior abdominal muscles and, like you, was puzzled Once, I identified the cause, they are gone.

I am experiencing this. I know for a fact I have rope worm. I have been curing myself of this for the last year. I believe it is parasites moving, as the sensation is getting less and less the longer I am on the protocol. If anyone is interested, my 3.5 minute summary video on You Tube is called "On the cure for rope worm...." And the book the protocol is found in is called Healing the Symptoms Known as Autism. Kids with autism have these same parasites and when they get rid of them (along with candida, heavy metals etc) they are cured of autism. This book is a free download. Anyway, that's my two-cents worth.

Strange uh? You're the first message I've read from a male. This seems to be happening to a lot of women.. but still no straight answers..
