Hey guys, i did some research, and the diaghram sits about there... It can cause fluttery or rolling sensations when breathing and especially if you have gas... I was having a mild panic attack until i read that. Hope that helps some of you.

Most likely you are feeling stomach spasms, even tho they are not bad enough to bend you over in pain.

Try eating a healthy diet for 6 weeks and see if that helps. Stay away from junk food, fast foods, etc. Eat a normal balanced meal in normal portions, 3 meals per day. Eat meals about 4-5 hrs. apart, no late night eating. Stop drinking soft drinks and/or alcohol.

Can't believe all these comments from so many years ago. I have a comes and goes when I'm sitting pain in my right side of my abdomen right under my breast line. I also have a feeling when stretching and exercising (not all the time, just occasionally) on the same level, described to the doctors as a hamster running through my transverse colon from right to left. They of course laughed at me. I had an ultrasound of my stomach that indicated I had a gallstone. Surgeon of course wanted to take my gallbladder out immediately and see if that made my right side pain any better. Homeopath said no, we still use our gallbladder, and just because there is a stone in it doesn't mean it has to come out. Taking supplements to bring back health to gallbladder must be about two years now. Hasn't made a difference. But there is no guarantee that is what is causing my pain. Quoting surgeon, "We take out the gallbladder and see if that helps." Gastroenterologist said he thinks I have a muscle strain. I can palpate my transverse colon and cause a BM if I'm feeling too tight in there. Nobody can give me a for certain answer. I do also have a fatty liver (homeopath said barely). I do tend to feel a lot better when I am behaving on my diet. Just relieved to see I am not alone.
