So I've had Nexplanon 3 years and just had it changed around January 25th. I have not had a period or anything since about 2 and a half weeks ago when i started bleeding. I am having cramps like its a period yet nothing in underwear and its only when i wipe, (if i push the tp in a bit there is more.) It is bright red blood. What could this be? Should i be concerned ? Some things ive been reading are irregular period, implantation, etc.
