Vaginal Bumps that doesn't itch or burn and they are not sore.

I have these bumps on my inner labia that doesnt itch or burn..they are just there..and im trying to figure out exactly what it is..i set an appointment but just any suggestions from anyone of what it could be..i dont like surprises at All!
