Hi, I have a same problem and doctor diagnosed me variocele. Not meen to frighten you, but immidiately contant urologist before variocele develop infertility.
Variocele is a mass of enlarged veins that develop in spermatic cord, and most common is in the left testicle. A variocele develops when the valve that regulates bloodflow becomes damaged or defective. Inefficient blood flow causes enlargement (dilation) of the vein.
