I hope someone reports back here with a solution.
i have the same issues:
painful tube up the right side
radiating pain into my upper inside thigh
right nut sits higher than the left
comes and goes
causes abdominal pains
right nut sensitive during sex
i think it is probably some kind of pinched nerve. because like all other muscles in the body, if a nerve is pinched, the muscled will contract around it or tighten up to protect the hurt area.
also, if you have been jackin off or having sex and "pounded" that area a little rough, the inflammation and soreness could make sense. try taking it easy for a while and see if that makes a difference.
i dont think there is a medical underlying cause. so i am going to see if stretching and massaging around the area can take care of it.
keep your hopes up and experiment with some simple "home remedies" guys.

After an extremely bad stay in the ER this week I made a complaint to the hospital for them putting me down as a new case every time I'm there, no one treating me seriously, the staff ignoring that I'm in the ER, I think diagnosis based on pushing on my abdomin and the fact that they are treating me like a ping pong ball with my GP (ie. my GP freaks out sends me to the ER, ER sends me back to GP saying can't find anything serious).
Out of all this it was worked out that since not many doctors are willing to help me and I may have to look into a few different areas myself.
I have been diagnosed with, stool backup (constipation)/prostatitis, chronic epididymitis, chronic epidymo-orchitis, inguinal hernia & with a maybe on chronic appendicitis in the past 7-8 ER visits. Blood and urine tests are all "normal" & "clear" for what feels like the 800th time.
As I have no black and white diagnosis there are not to many doctors who want to go near me and I'm in the too hard basket.
I have managed to get the hospital to look into my case further and through the complaints department and surgical department we have worked out that I may need things like an endoscopy, colonoscopy and even food allergy tests like gluten allergy tests, etc. AS all the scans and ultra sounds have been looking at the outside of organs and no one has ever bothered with the inside my intestines properly.
The Spermatic cord funiculitis post on part one of this forum looks worthy of more investigation too, as I think that surgery is a last resort for anyone going through this.
I also have a family member who had a lot of trouble with their back and doctors arguing over what was wrong until a third doctor stoped the first two doctors and requested an MRI, which showed the problem up loud and clear. So needless to say I am asking my GP for an MRI tomorrow at my cost if I have to.
I have managed to find a GP who is willing to stay by me with this case now. Thanks to this site, two surgeons at the hospital, the complaints department at the hospital, l and the MRI information I have something to go to my GP with and work on. Most importantly I have my sanity & hope of getting better back.
I will keep you posted on how I go.

About 5 years ago I developed pain in my inner leg on the left side and was sure I had a hernia. I had tests run and saw numerous doctors and the final decision was, No hernia. It hurt down my leg to my knee and in my groin and didn't seem to matter what I did, it still hurt. I am not sure if I had any other pain in the area at the time because the pain sort of went away and I thought that it must have been nothing. Recently I felt a pulling feeling in my inner leg again and it felt as if I developed a hernia. I remember having almost the same feelings back then and thought for certain I had a hernia. I have something enlarged in my scrotum and it hurts to the touch, I have a pain in my inner leg that shoots down to my knee, my lower abs hurt, my lymph feels swollen, and I could go on. Every one here has just about the exact same symptoms as me. All of this pain is on the left side. A little over a week ago (a week after feeling the pulling feeling in my leg) I went to a doctor. He was quick to diagnose me with Epididymitis and give me an antibiotic. As I assumed would happen after finding all of your stories on here about a week and a half ago. I am almost done with my antibiotic and the pain has not gone away. The pain comes and goes or at least I don't notice it all the time. I recently had blood work and a urinalysis done and neither showed anything wrong.
Now a little about me. I am 25 years old, weigh 140 lbs, and I live in the US. I enjoy sex and in my teen years and into my very early 20's I was very active. Let me also point out that I am clean of STD's and always have been. Being stupid boys, my friends and I took some pretty hard "sack taps" from each other, with our hands and other miscellaneous items. So my nuts have not had it too easy to say the least. I have no kids, never got anyone pregnant and never had my sperm tested so I am not sure if I am fertile. I have my penis pierced also. I saw in an earlier post that a guy was talking about which way he crossed his legs when he sat. I cross my right over my left. I wore boxers throughout my teen years and in the last year have switched to briefs. I don't wear jeans that are too snug. I smoke cannabis, I don't drink much alcohol and I don't smoke cigarettes. I have ALWAYS carried my cell phone in my left front pocket, now I keep my phone in my back left. I keep my lap top on my lap when I use it. I realize this is an array of facts, but I feel like some could be relevant.
I don't understand how this many people can have the same problem and all the doctors seem to be oblivious to what is wrong. Along with the pain in the groin area, I have been suffering from digestive problems for about 4 years now. This too is undiagnosed and I wonder if the two are related. I will continue to follow this blog and update after I see a urologist.
Good luck and Please keep the rest of us updated as well.
In the past two months, the surgeons at my local hospital agreed to a laparoscopic investigation into my abdomen with removal of my appendix due to the complaint I made to the hospital. The laparoscopy was performed 3 weeks ago and although a little groggy I remember my symptoms had disappeared when I woke up. The back pain, right testicle pain & numb right leg were non-existent and the only pain I had was where they had operated on me.
I had my after surgery check up yesterday where the doctor was amazed that I had no abdominal pain any more, I was walking properly for a change and getting better every day.
The Biopsy report said that on first investigation my appendix appeared normal, but on closer inspection there was a stone found inside the appendix. This explains the type of pain I was having that was confusing myself and some doctors, it was more like a moving gall stone pain coming from my McBurnes point (I wish I could have described it like that while rolling around on the floor holding my abdomen, in the ER).
The doctor also found an unusually high amount of adhesion along my intestines which they separated as many as possible. The only explanation of the adhesion's in my case was a possible infection at some point in my life.
So needless to say I amazed the surgeons with what they found and the surgeons now believe in the chronic appendicitis that my GP diagnosed it as. It is also amazing that the MRI that I was asking for but refused could have shown all of these things up.
[note. If you look up MRI vs CT Scan it will show that MRI is best for soft tissue & cancer analysis, though most doctors lied to me saying that MRI is only useful for bone analysis]
The surgeon wants me to get a colonoscopy just to make sure there is nothing inside that they have missed, which I should have over the next few months.
The main thing for everyone here to know is that issues with the reproductive system can cause abdominal pain, but problems with your abdomen can also cause reproductive system pain in that a major symptom of appendicitis is right testicular pain in males. Also know that CT Scans, blood tests and your temperature shows very little and are mainly done as they are cheap, it looks like something is getting done for you and they may find something common & easy to diagnose & fix. So I recommend that if you have these problems you must find a doctor that will look at your symptoms and not test results, its a bonus if that doctor believes that chronic appendicitis exists. You must also push to get an MRI, which is the ultimate in scanning technology for soft tissue.
If all else fails for you, find the complains department of your hospital and start thumping the desk to get something done. As in my case it had the possibility of turning extremely serious at any time.
My symptoms:
- Mild ache/discomfort in my right vas deferens
- Larger than usual right epididymis (jello/worm sack)
- Ejaculatory problems: When ejaculating, I feel obstruction with sperm discharge, lower than normal sperm, and feel no contraction during orgasm (no feeling of release?).
- My right testicle is in an inverted position/almost horizontal.
My story: Please don't read if you're uncomfortable with masterbation.
- This all started a year ago while masterbating...as I reached orgasm, I tried to press against the lower bulbocavernosus muscle in the lower shaft of the penis in an attempt to control ejaculation.
- what resulted was since then, I've constantly experience this obstruction/blockage feeling during ejaculation.
- this has also resulted in the above described symptoms relating to my right vas deferens and right epididymis.
Urine test came back normal, I am healthy and with no past related medical issues. If anyone have similar symptoms or experiences, please share them as I have no idea what's going on down there.
I do not believe it's caused by infection, weak PC muscle, or enlarged prostate (i am only 30ish, isn't it too young?).
Thanks and good luck to all!
This must be a common thing, as to the number of boys posting.
I am 79 and have just finished treatment for prostate cancer.
about a week ago I felt a large lump, which I assumed was my van defreren on my right side.
I can only put this down to a possible two things. 1 my house is now so hot at night due to isulation and I sweat like mad

Hi,
I live in Canada, 37 years old and have the pain for the past 13 months. I went to see the Doctor, the urologist. My urologist, was saying that I might have this for the rest of my life! I should consult a Chronic Pain specialist. I tried anti-inflammatory and other medecine and still have the pain.
Its located on the left side; sometimes its feel like like having ''tiger balm'' inside of me! I feel like something is blocked or twist inside. Let me know if someone tried a medecine and stopped the symptomes.
Regards,
Hi,
had the same pain on and off for the past 30 yrs. I have seen the Docs and urologist and had scans and all that c**p..
Scans showed a hernaia and thought that was causing the problem.. 2 weeks after the opps pain returns.
Urologist decided to cut the scrotum open and have a look inside.... all look ok
pain returns...
I have found a way to remove the pain when it comes and thats to lie on the floor and put the legs in the air, so ur bum is off the ground for 5 min
This seams to drain the blood / fluid in the scrotum away and release the pain.
I found if I become aroused, if there is no release, the pain sets in.
The pain is a killer, Standing up isimpossible and only way to clam the pain is to sit or lie down
taking pain killers help, but when wears of the pain is back.
Ive had a pinching feeling in the right testicle for 2 weeks now. started when i was playing outdoor hockey. I read about the ''winter syndrome'' which causes your balls to tighten up when its cold and may cause torsion, but this was 2 weeks ago and its still there. Torsion pretty much stops the blood flow and everything else and kills your nut in a day or two. Im starting to think its an accumulation of thing like back posture, sitting at the edge of my chair (on the gooch) and of course playing hockey make you lean forward and after playing for about 6 hrs it gives me lower back aches. Ive read a lot about Sacroiliac joint pain and its seems like it makes sense to have pinched a nerve there play hockey and ripping slapshots. i just had my docs app on monday been on anti inflam since, helped with shitty aches and pain and it being swollen but i still feel like im getting pinched in the vas def ( its bigger/tender)
Hope all you guys are getting somewhere with this. Im trying a physio next for my lower back hopefully itll get ride of this lobster nut pinching... fings crossed
