vein running down my testicle?starting to worry

im 16 years old, i have a vein running down my right testicle with a small pea sized bump at the end, i know its a vein because when i force my balls to lift i can feel that its a vein. its been there since i was 14. it started at the begining of the year when i started pe and i thought it was a sport injury or something. i dont know if its cancer, really hope its not. im thinking that it might be varicose veins or something like that. i saw a diagram of TC, and there were multiple lumps on the testicle in one area. i do have occasional pain not in my testicle, but in the area above it. it just started gettin more firm than the other testicle about 2 weeks ago. i read that asian males and african american males are less likely to develope TC. i did get a really hard kick to the area about a year before i noticed it. some one pleas help, i cant stop thinking about this, thanks in advance. and a quick question, how long do testicular cancer patients have the tumors before death occurs? really turning to you guys for help. thank you
