very sensitive outer vaginal area.any idea what it could be?

hi.well i have been having soreness around my vagina lips like when i walk or wash. it feels like something is overexposed or something(im not even sure the name of this part of the vagina but the part right around the inside of like the outer lips)and is rubbing against my underwear and stuff.but im not sure how my vagina looks normally since i dont go down looking often so im not sure if it looks different or not.if so it would have to be a subtle change cuz i cant really tell. i just got off my period a day or two ago and have only been experiencing the problem for the last couple days.i dont think there is any itching, redness, or strange discharge.i am only 15 years old and have been sexually active for only about half a year now. is anyone familiar with what this could be? will it go away? is it safe to continue having sex? i have also had slight inconstant pains around my abdomine and have not been able to move my bowels for the last few days even tho i feel like i need to whenever i sit down. i have never been to a gynocolgist before and do not know of any.i cant ask my parents or family because they would kill me if they new i wasnt a virgin. and i would rather kill myself than admit to my boyfriend that there could be a problem.but im seeing him tomorrow and hes gonna want to have sex. what should i do????????????? PLEASE ILL TAKE ANY ADVICE RIGHT NOW IM DESPERATE
