I heard that walking after eating helps with bloating or your metabolism or something. Is that true? If so, is it okay to walk slowly? And how long should I walk?

Walking is good exercise, anytime.  Yes, it does help increase your metabolism so you'll burn those calories off faster.

Just a comfortable walk is fine.  You can go as far as you want.  The important thing really is to just get moving.
