Hello All,
I must say, reading this thread has really helped me because it's comforting to know I am not the only one suffering from these symptoms. This came out of no where, and it is pretty new to me, only been happening for 3 weeks, but it was definitely abnormal so I went to my PCP and they ordered all sorts of tests, including a head CT. Everything came back normal but the head CT showed something, having to do with my cerebellum. Has anyone heard of issues with a smaller cerebellum? Wondered if it was serious or just the way I was born and it's unrelated to the other symptoms I am having. I researched things having to do with a smaller cerebellum, and I am not having trouble with my coordination/walking, so it doesn't sound related to the other issues I'm having. Getting an MRI done soon.
Hoping for the best for all of you!
Thanks

Everything came back normal but the head CT showed something, having to do with my cerebellum, the exact wording on the CT results is mild cerebellar atrophy. Everything else looked good. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders so I thought maybe the lightheadedness, and head aches related to that? Wondered if it was serious or just the way I was born and it's unrelated to the other symptoms I am having. I researched things having to do with cerebellar atrophy, and I am not having trouble with my coordination/walking, so it doesn't sound related to the other issues I'm having. I also feel these ways
I feel the same way too!
The common problem I notice among most of the persons here with these "heavy head" symptoms is that almost all of us are stationary for long periods of time, and most of us sit at a computer for long periods of time. Another contributing factor is sleeping in one position for too long, either during a nap, or all night. Fix these problems and you will see things get back to normal (over time.) And always keep yourself hydrated.
My daughter has these exact symptoms and all the tests come back negative. Have you gotten any relief?
What did they do? Can you help me? What is the exercize routine?
Wow! In a weird way it is nice to have all of this validated and not feel quite so alone, as I have a lot of the same issues as described on here. I'm tired of doctors, nurses, people in general looking at me like I'm crazy when I describe these symptoms...but it is really scary to me and I feel it limits what I can do. The other part of my "dizziness/light-headedness" is the whole depth perception aspect...sometimes I feel like the ground is "soft" and I have to hold onto something...anyone else? This whole "fuzzy" head thing...I'm done with it...it's been going on for years...lots of tests and no explanation.
