could you explain more? this webby stuff could be pubic hairs if you're only just getting them have you taken a look?

Do you know that you have much skin around your testicles and could this be the webby thing that you are touching? Also how old are you? Are you in your puberty period? Also could it be that your pubic hair are growing so there are generating the feeling that you have in your penis? Also if you think that this might be dangerous you should see a doctor to see if anything is wrong with your testicles. I hope you will find this helpful in any way.

I have that too. It used to be on the sides of my testis but it's come off. It's now just sitting on the top of my testis. It's webby and I can squeeze it and it doesn't hurt.
I am really worried please help??!!
