Hi,
I'm 20yr old male. Ummm well I'm just a little concerned about my health because I eat fast food at least once a week, smoke a lot of weed (about 3 grams a day on average, smoked through a cigarette paper laced with tobacco), and the 5 days a week I dont have to wake up for school I go to bed at around 4am and wake up around 3pm. Now I'm not overweight (quite the opposite) and I get a fair amount of physical activity in the summer (amateur skateboarder). I'm just worried that all this smoking, eating fast food has effected my lungs/heart somehow. Now the real symptoms that I feel are increased heart rate, random pain in arms, legs, feet, hands, stomach. Another even more random thing that happens to me is I get like muscle spasms in my neck arms and legs, it doesn't hurt just feels really weird. Thing is I usually feel fine until I get high and thats when a lot of these symptoms kick in. Really Im wondering if these are normal or urgent conditions.
