hi,
i'm all the way in nigeria. most people find it difficlt to lose weight but thats easy for me...my problem is addin weight.
i want to add but cant no matter how i try. any ideas to aadd on hips,fles and butt cos we dont have surgery around here
alot of carbs ( bread, potato, rice, corn, carrots, flour etc)
a friend of mine wanted to pack on some weight, he used to eat poatoes, with alot of ketchup everyday. bread with whole fat cheese. that sort of stuff. drink the power drinks with your food like ensure or meal suppliment liquids, then your getting a double dose. food and more food by ehat your drinking
