DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF YOU WILL GAIN IF U DO ! You need to understand that ok ! and don't let them get you down about that i bet you are really pretty. But really if u wanna lose weight u have to get serious like make a weekly plan. Monday=Dance workout video Tuesday=upper body workout Wednesday=rest day Thursday=lower body workout Friday=wall sits Saturday=do a workout u wanna do and don't put it off this is NOT a rest day Sunday=rest day.
Okay by rest day this does not mean u sit around and eat junk food all day and be a couch potato ! be active on your rest day walk or play a sport don't push yourself today just have fun. Even if you don't like water u need to drink it. All that up there is my plan yeah.
Eat healthy don't completely put off junk food but don't eat it all the time. Talk to your parents about cooking healthier and that will help. Don't eat a lot of in between snacks but if u do eat something healthy like almonds or any type of nut (perferibly not salted).
This will not be easy. But think do u wont to be that big kid? No nobody does. Dont think of it as a diet , think of it as a change of living

If you get rid of 500 more calorie consumption than you eat every day for per 7 days, you should lose about 1-2 weight.
You should do walking daily for atleast 10 to 30 min because this is the easiest and simplest exercise to lose weight and avoid to take calorie rich food.
If you want to lose weight eat fruits and vegetables which consist low calories, drink plenty of water and do exercises. Most important things is that consume lesser amount of calories than the amount of calories you expend.

> morning 6 : hot water with 1 spoon of honey
> morning 7 : cup of milk (1 spoon of sugar) , bread 3 slices
>10:30 :- low callorie food (ex. fruit with water)
>12:30 :- 1 cup vegetables(as you like it) , 1 cup of lentil dal , 4 chapati , 1 cup of dahi(yogurt) , 1 1/2 cup of salad
>4:30 :- 1 glass lemon juice
>5:00 :- exercise 1. rop skipping 2. running or jogging 3. cycling(highly recommended)
>7:30 :- 1 cup of hochpoch(khichdi) , 2 chapatti OR fruit dish
