Hi, im 12 years old, weight 239 pounds, and am 6' tall.
Im currently doing about 400 jumping jacks a day, which is steadying my weight, however.. I need something to lose weight (preferably 25 pounds) I understand I should be about 198 pounds for my height, and that I shouldn't worry about my weight or anything, however, I would greatly love to lose at least 30 pounds in a month.
Also, you wouldnt believe how embarrassed I am in the locker rooms O_O
Also, my fathers side of the family is fat, which means I have that in my genes.. So should I just sit around and let it all build up, or should I get rid of weight?
or, Should I just keep exercising how I am and let my body turn into a teenager, making me skinnier because my average weight grows?

I think that you should do what you feel happiest doing. Personally, I am big on exercise so I do it all the time. Is that why I'm thin? No. That's genetics. But I'm happy and I am healthy. So do what you feel like, do it often, build up a sweat. Just make sure you're enjoying yourself. Do you like sports or dancing or something?
I dont play any sports or dancing, however I have been doing alot of things which have been slicing off my stomach, so consider this question closed :-)
