Hello I am relieved to say so many people with the same feeling. I have been feeling this for about a year now. It feels like blue balls on only one testicle, slight numb, feels closer or tighter than my left testicle, just feels a little unusual. I used to only feel this when I had a lot of sex, but at this time I haven't had sex in a month. So I don't know what it could be. I am 19 years of age, and am going to get checked out by a doctor tomorrow. I will give feedback on what the doctor has told me when I do. =)

Hello everyone! I've been feeling those things too. it's almost 3 months after having my jock itch. Then this weird feeling came. I don't know what to do, no pain/lumps. just my right testicle is being awkward. any updates?

I have the same problem as the original post.  I went to the doctor and was screened for a hernia but he determined i didn't have one.  I then had an ultra sound on my abdomen area and my testicles.  No issues there.  I then had a cat scan with dye penetration and again no abnormalities.  The doctor gave me anti-biotics and the problem went away.  It's been about 6 months and the feeling (tingly, butterflies, general discomfort but not painful in my left cord(s)/testicle) has returned.  I'm wondering if marijuana or alcohol could be causing the problem?  I've heard there have been links with marijuana smoking and testicular cancer.  Has anyone else heard of that?

I've found that masturbating at least 10 times/day definitely helps.  Try droppin' a few tablespoons from time to time and see if that helps.

So Ive had this feeling before a few times and I would never really worry about it and it would go away. The reason I checked this time was Ive heard you can get your testicles twisted together and you could lose one so I got paranoid. I saw all these posts and now I'm certain its nothing serious. It's hard to describe but a lot of people are saying it's like butterflies in your stomach but in your testicle. I specifically feel it in the vein or wherever it connects to the testicle and it tingles and spreads to my upper thigh. Almost like your leg falling asleep feeling but just in that one spot. From what I've experienced and other peoples comments I think it has something to do with stress. Especially if you're stressing whether it is serious or not it seems to come back. People have been saying they masturbate or have sex and it goes away then comes back. I think the release relieved the stress on the testicle and it went away but when the stress came back it effected the testicle again plus the added stress of not knowing what the hell it is. For me, when I stopped thinking about it went away but the times it did come back I remember just being annoyed and trying to shift my testes so the feeling would go away. I never found a definitive answer so I thought I'd just share my thoughts on it to give someone some relief. I'm not a doctor so I'm not responsible for a lost testicle or something if it was a more serious problem but I've had this issue off and on for years and never had a major issue. I honestly believe it is just stress and that it's nothing to worry about.

Dan is describing exactly what I am experiencing. The waves of numness in the upper thigh is spot on! BUT this is preventing me from falling asleep! Every time I almost am asleep this start happening and my whole body starts instantly kicking around in bed. Its like when you try to fal asleep and someone pinch your nut. This started last night and I haven't slept at all. I see people have had this for months. If I cant sleep for several days, things will begin to get serious. I tried to jack off before attempting to sleep, but to no avail.

I also had this problem for 3 to 4 years. Tried several treatments including Ayurvedic. Following has helped:

Stop tea or coffe completely.

Don't lift heavy weight. don't go for bowling anytime.

Taking Hydrochlorothiazide helped. even though that medicine is recommended for blood pressure or kidney stone passage but it helped me in this case. 12.5 mg daily once. This is very low dose but it helps.

yeah that's weird bro I got the same thing going on and confused, its like a painless throbbing feeling that quickly comes and goes in me left nut, I have noticed it did it especially more when I was supplementing daa (sodium aspartic acid) for me training at the gym, and I was also taking half a dose of an aromataze inhibitor per day with it, I believe it can be cause when your test levels are being altered by a substance you may be taking, could even be amino acids

I have been suffering a pain from a vein in my right testicle for about a month. After much research I am convinced that I, and a lot of you all are suffering from a condition called varicocele, basically a varicose vein in the testicle. From my understanding what happens is the blood becomes trapped in the vein due to bad valves in the vein. This causes swelling in the vein when the blood cannot escape. It is frustrating because I will have a good day were I don't feel anything, then I will get a throbbing pain that comes and goes the next day. I worked out on Saturday night lifted some weights didn't try to over do it. On Sunday a.m. I felt a throbbing pain from time to time through out the day. On Monday I felt fine just had a slight burning sensation but no pain. I came home tonight and said the heck with it, I am working out. We will see how I feel with it tomorrow. I have been taking ibuprofen since it is a good anti-inflammatory pain reliever.I also have been working on a clean diet which will help the swelling in the vein. I am going to give it a few more days to see if it gets better, if not it is off to the doctor's office. I will report back to you all and let you know my progress.
