I also had this mild sensation that resenbles as if your lightly hit in the groins, where you can feel it going up towrds your stomach. I stopped for a week or so any activity(sex/masturabation) that involved my testicles and it went away and it hasn't come back, but it has been only a week. I agree with the people that say stop masturbating for a little while, they have a point.
if you feel your scrotum tight, it can also be hydrocele or hernia, your doctor can test you to figure which one it is.
I also have the same feeling I have been worried like a mofo but have not seen a doctor yet I was gonna wait for about a week to see if it goes away it started in my right ball now I can feel it in my left I hope it is nothing bad!
Could it be weather related aswell? I mean i have the same thing but its winter, im in and out all day, so like the shrinking expandingof the balls? Everytime u feel like u gotta re-adjust yourself

I am 14 years old. My "pain" started 3-4 days ago. It started in the morning and it was really annoying. I first thought that it was just something that came with puberty and didn't give much thought to it but when the feeling didn't go away even after a few hours I freaked out. I still haven't visited the doctor but after some check I didn't found a single lump or swelling. Before thinking of something lewd immediately turned me on but now I can't get an erection. After thinking something lewd the feeling grows a little stronger. A lot of you have said that it may be the cause of heavy lifting, stress or jacking off a lot but the thing is that I don't lift and I have never masturbated. As for stress, for me it is out of question because I am during summer vacation. This feeling is a lot stronger in my right testicle and sometimes it goes to the left one.

Same feeling i had this past months, it is like a quick pulse in my left testicles happening almost evry 30 mins. Kinda weird feeling though its not painful.... Did your doctor gave u any medication bro? Thanks a lot
Guys i hurt my left testicle and I got an anoying feeling it doesn't hurt some time I don't even feel it ....I sleep well I wake up without anything but almost at night I feel it again ......no hurt when I piss or when I play it

I also have ano occasional bubbly feeling coming from my left testicle, and a weird feeling like it's being sqished, even though there is nothing wrong looking from the out side. This has Ben going on for a few days, and is really bothering me.
I'm having the same problem. It's very faint but pulses on and off. I seem to feel it more when I sit certain ways. Glad to hear that it's not just me. Thanks

I have this too, glad to hear others mentioning it. Its like a constnt dull tight feeling in my right testicle/tubes, just enough to be annoying but not sure if I'd class it as pain. I do do heavy weightlifting, squatting, etc. May go to doctor to be on the safe side.
